5 Ways to Pamper Yourself


We are all busy in life but self care is so important - Make sure you take out at least 1 hour a week to take time to pamper yourself. Here are 5 things you can do to pamper yourself.

1. Face Mask

Face masks are a great way to refresh your skin and unclog your pores. Exfoliate to get rid of any dead skin cells. Use your favourite mask and don't forget to moisturize well afterwards. My favourite masks are from Freeman. Clay & Charcoal masks are the most efficient for reducing blackheads and tightening pores!

2. Manicure/Pedicure

Trim and clean your nails on a regular basis. If you get your nails done or even if you do them yourself, make sure they are always kept fresh and neat looking.

Try a foot massage! It will really help relax your whole body. Also, no-one wants hard crusty feet so getting rid of the dead skin with a pumice stone is the best way to keep your feet soft and supple.

3. Eyebrows/Eyelashes

Keep your eyebrows and eyelashes thick and healthy by putting castor oil or vaseline on them overnight. Repeat daily if you wear mascaras and other makeup products everyday as they tend to dry out your eyelashes & eyebrows.

4. Hair Removal

Remove any unwanted body hair and moisturize to keep your skin smooth and silky. Doing this definitely makes me feel more sexy!

5. Hair Treatment

Oil treatments are amazing for your hair! It will keep your hair and roots hydrated. I highly recommend using coconut oil but most other oils will work as well. When putting oil in your hair, flip your head upside down to get the blood circulation to your scalp. This will help speed up hair growth and also helps your brain get some blood.
